8. The Driving instructor may refuse to allow you to take a practical driving test in the Driving Instructor’s car at the end of your Course if the Driving Instructor reasonably determines your driving does not meet the necessary standard to take a practical driving test on the grounds that it would be a risk to the health and safety of pedestrians and other motorists or there is a risk of damage to the Driving Instructor’s property (Car) and livelihood. 


9. In the event of you having booked your driving test, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) requires you to give three clear working days to cancel your test. This may mean that you may lose your DVSA test fee if your instructor says you’re not ready for your test within this three-day notice period.

10. learnsafedrivingschool.com will not be responsible for Tests moved or cancelled by the DVSA.

11. You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to your instructor if you wish to cancel or re-arrange a booked driving lesson. Failure to do so may result in your instructor charging you the full amount for that driving lesson. 


12. The Driving Instructor may refuse to proceed with a driving lesson if you use abusive language or threatening 
behaviour or if you fail to act on any reasonable request made by the Driving Instructor or if the Driving Instructor reasonably believes that you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time during the lesson.

Terms &  Conditions

1. All bookings are accepted on the understanding that the pupil has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below.
 
2. By booking driving lessons with learnsafedrivingschool.com

 you are indicating that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.


3. You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it to your Driving Instructor at the start of your first lesson.


4. Any arrangements for the driving lessons, including the start time and start location, shall be agreed between you and your Driving Instructor.

Lessons are to be paid for 1 week in advance to secure the booking. 


5. It is your responsibility to be on time for your Lessons. As the Driving Instructor may have other lessons to deliver, the Lessons will not be extended to compensate for you arriving late.


6. From time to time, due to circumstances outside of your Instructors control,

such as traffic congestion,mechanical breakdown etc,

It is possible that the Instructor may be late or unable to turn up for your lesson, if this occurs then

the lesson will be extended or rescheduled at no cost to you.

7. If you do not turn up for a Lesson the Driving Instructor will be entitled to keep the full tuition fee of the missed Lesson.
